What live QR validation actually means
A live QR credential is not simply a QR code printed onto an ID. In Clarisec, the holder opens a time-limited validation session. The code is presented only when needed, and scanning it opens a live verification experience tied to the current digital identity record.
Why a static card is weaker
A static card shows what was true when the card was produced. It cannot, by itself, tell the verifier whether employment has ended, a check has expired or the credential has been withdrawn. A live validation step can answer the current-state question.
What the verifier can establish
The aim is to confirm that the credential is active, that it belongs to the person presenting it, and that the organisation can record the validation event. The exact information shown can be governed by the platform and the organisation's policy.
Where it is useful
Live validation is particularly useful at client sites, controlled workplaces, contractor check-in points and other environments where a person needs to demonstrate current workforce identity without specialist hardware.
